ACCOMMODATION AND RESERVATION FORM

The organisation has established and agreement with some hotels in the city, allowing special rates for participants and accompanying guests. This will be only valid making the reservations through Afid Congresos.
Payment will be made by the client upon departure from the hotel.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

REGISTRATION
Any changes or cancellations to the registration must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat, Afid Congresos S.L. E-mail ifm2008@afidcongresos.com
Unfortunately, no full refund will be given for cancellations received after 17th October 2008. From this date, the following refunds will be applied: 1st August- 17th October 2008 (50% refund). Before 1st August 2008 ( 100% refund ).
HOTEL
Cancellations made after 1st November 2008 will be charged for one night. In the case of no show, there will also be a charge of one night. All cancellations or changes should be made in writing and sent to AFID CONGRESOS S.L.: ifm08@afidcongresos.com
